General terms and conditions of

Kent Cricket

Any person who purchases, possesses or attempts to use a ticket/membership/ticketing bundle/hospitality package as stated below under the following Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions:


Kent Cricket – Ticket Purchasers Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to any event/match hosted by Kent Cricket, you agree that you and any of your party will adhere to the Ground Regulations for the venue.

All tickets purchased are non-refundable.

If the conditions of the Wet Weather Policy are met, the ticket purchaser will receive a credit to their Kent Cricket ticket account, to the value of the tickets purchased for the affected match. There will be no monetary refund.

Advance prices will be available until midnight the day before the match after which standard prices then apply unless stated otherwise on the competition purchace page.

There are reciprocal arrangements in place for County Championship matches for some clubs. (Please contact the club for the most up to date reciprocal arrangements. Visiting members will be granted access into the Members areas upon production of their appropriate Membership Card.


Kent Cricket – Membership/Ticket Bundles Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a membership or ticket bundle for Kent Cricket, you agree that you and any of your party will adhere to the Ground Regulations for the venue.

A valid Membership Card must be produced to gain access to all games included as part of Membership and for admittance to the AGM and Members' events.

A valid ticket bundle Card must be produced to gain access to all games included as part of the bundle.

Kent Cricket reserves the right to charge a £5 administration fee to replace any lost admission card.

Memberships/Ticket Bundles are non-refundable and run from purchase date until the last match day of the season.

Membership does not include parking at any of the Kent Cricket grounds.

Membership is not transferable and should only be used to gain entry to the ground and events by the named card holder. Abuse of this may lead to Membership being revoked.

Friend Access Cards – For Club & Friend Memberships, the Friend card is interchangeable, however does not permit admission unless accompanied by the associated member. For Life Memberships, the Friend card is interchangeable, and is valid for admission, without the associated member.

Carer Access Cards – A Carer card does not permit admission, unless accompanied by the associated member.


Kent Cricket – Parking Pass Terms & Conditions

Car Park passes must be displayed at all times by hanging on the rear-view mirror.

Kent Cricket reserves the right to change the specific location of relevant car park.

All on-site parking is subject to availability. Kent Cricket reserves the right to close any part of the ground if required for reason of health and safety, operational necessity or any other purpose.

Car Parking Passes are non-refundable.

Holders of the All-Kent Parking Pass must adhere to the Traffic Management Policy for Vitality Blast T20 matches. Any Parking Pass holder who breaches this policy, may have their parking pass revoked, without refund.
